The bronze marks the development of human civilization and the creation of music and art. The French phrase “Liberté, égalité, fraternité” coined by Maximillien Robespierre translates to “liberty, equality, fraternity” while the Blue, Red, and White Ribbon signifies liberty, equality, brotherhood, democracy, secularism, and modernization.
